Patches is a ‘wearable system that extends online Facebook actions to the real world by allowing you to physically feel when a friend Hugs, Bites, Pokes, or Jabs you. And you can respond by touching your wearable Patch to send different expressions to your friends’ (DPrime Research, 2012).
