This is a really good tutorial from the technology editor at Instructables.
Linear Perspective is the most basic form of perspective in which all objects with faces parallel to the horizon, appear to converge in the distance at a single point on the horizon (the vanishing point). Randy Sarafan helps you to draw realistic three dimensional shapes, with good visuals and easy to understand explanations.
This may seem a million miles away from Yulia’s work but learning to look and then draw what you see will give you a great understanding of creating 3D images which will be useful if you want to work in CAD or 3D modelling software or even sketch out an idea to explain to someone.
Give it a go – drawing is cheap, quick and can be done anywhere, and it’s a great way to record your ideas. It take practice but anyone can draw – really, its a skill that you can learn to do.
It might even help your Geometry!
